Construction begins on the intersection improvements at RR12 and FM3237 on July 31, 2023. The project consists of the addition of dedicated left turn lanes to FM3237 and RR12 at the intersection, pavement overlay on the existing roadway, new updated traffic signals at the intersection, signing and pavement markings, pedestrian crossings, and extensive drainage improvements.
