The Financial Clerk/Office Administration is responsible for:

  • Processes and monitors the City's accounts payables and receivables in an effective and efficient manner
  • Maintains and upkeeps the City's payroll and new hire system
  • Coordinates space and office organization
  • Purchases supplies and office equipment and manages maintenance 
  • Assists and provides support in all areas of City Hall, as necessary
